Message Updates The ProHold DRDX
includes programmable software which allows an MOH studio to
change messages as frequently and as quickly as the customer
finds necessary because there is no time-delay in shipping
tapes out. It also eliminates the possibility that the tape
will not get loaded into the unit. Complete Remote Control
of Messages With the ProHold DRDX, an MOH studio becomes
more than just a provider of on-hold message programs, they
can remotely take complete responsibility for the customer's
on-hold messaging needs. Playback can be remotely turned on
or off. A message expiration date can be loaded into the
units to ensure time-sensitive messages play only when they
are supposed to. Parts of a message can be updated, changed,
or deleted without having to re-record the entire message.
In addition, a single program or multiple programs can be
automatically downloaded to different locations. The ProHold
DRDX is a great way for your customers to compete
professionally in today's highly competitive business
environment with little effort and maximum control. Free
Studio Software Bogen provides free downloading software to
control the downloading of sound files to the ProHold DRDX
units from the MOH studio. This software facilitates the
transfer of previously created (8k/16-bit. WAV) files. It
